Elementary Parent Student Handbook 2012-13

WELCOME!

It is an exciting time of year for us all.  The opportunities that can be found through education are limitless.  The more educated one becomes, the more fulfilled he/she is.  So, it is important that you are here.  Our expectations for you are high, but if everyone works diligently together we can accomplish much.  We will all respect one another, and take responsibility for our own actions.  Each individual student has much potential, and Schuyler   R-1 Elementary School wants you to make the most out of that potential.

We are here to help you succeed.  This handbook contains information about Schuyler R-1 and its policies. It should serve as a reference for both students and parents. Please read it and retain it as a reference. This handbook tries to cover most issues. Because of the enormous amount of school situations and policy, the school administrators cannot meet all contingencies and emergency situations; therefore, many situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All Parents/Guardians are invited to visit school at any time.  We welcome your calls concerning questions, problems, and/or comments about your student’s education.
