Desktop Publishing
This semester course is designed for students to gain hands-on experience in basic concepts of publication production using desktop publishing software. The study will include design, graphics, preparation of advertisements, programs, fliers, and other related business documents. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign will be the main programs that are utilized.
One of the first major projects students created was a Restaurant Menu. Here are two excellent examples – I was very impressed with their work!
