Preschool is learning about community helpers in reading class. Today, two firemen from the Queen City Community Fire Department talked about what they do.
Schuyler Rams Youth Basketball Academy. Former player Nathanial Wheeler, along with some current Rams players are helping the young ones out and teaching them the fundamentals of basketball.

It is Disability Awareness Month! Mrs. Tallman and Ms. Diane taught first grade about cochlear implants. They learned how they work and got to hear what sound sounds like coming from the cochlear device. They also learned about ASL and spent some time learning how to sign their name.

The 6th grade science classes did a Kagan teambuilding activity making candy catapults.
Our fifth and sixth grade students did a great job researching elements and organizing them into a periodic table.
