Veteran's Day Assembly

Students from Schuyler FCCLA attended the Fall Leadership Conference in Osage Beach. There were over 820 students from across Missouri in attendance. The day started off with an opening ceremony, followed by workshops for members to attend. Workshops included information on leadership skills, how to run for office, star events, as well as several more. The night ended with a pajama dance party. Monday continued with a breakfast and then learning more about national programs-what they are and how to run one. The conference ended with a closing session with awards given out to several schools.

Twenty-five members of Schuyler FCCLA traveled to Moberly, MO to the MACC Campus for the FCCLA Region 3 Area Meeting. There were over 300 area members in attendance. The theme this year is FCCLA Recipe for Success, the regional service project is the Food Bank of Northern and Central Missouri, and the guest speaker, Mr. Perkins, gave a great talk about where he came from to how he got to where he is today.
