Some of our kiddos participated in St. Patrick's Day activities today including making and setting leprechaun traps. We hope you have a safe and happy holiday this Sunday!











Preschoolers were amazed by their magic rock and vinegar experiment! Even better, they found a surprise inside the rock after the fizzing stopped!

Wow, what a fun "We Got the Beat" program by our 3rd-6th grade music students and Mrs. Dixon tonight! Thank you to everyone who came out to support the kids and to Mrs. Kassens who had 3rd-6th grade students construct of a collaborative drip art mural for the occasion!








Congratuations to our February JH/HS Students of the Month:
Coach Prewitt nominated Brenna Whitlow because she is a great student who is always willing to do what is asked of her. She gives her full effort during each workout and strives to be the best she can be. She always has a smile on her face and rarely has a bad attitude.
Coach Dempsay nominated Sara West and Parker Dabney because they are always willing to play whatever activity we are doing, even if they don't like it. They get along great with the rest of the class and never complains.
Mrs. Wolf nominated Avril and Vaden Blaine because they are a joy to have in class. They come in every morning with a smile and always tell me good morning. They strive to do well and are always respectful, helpful and very hard working young ladies.
Mr. Aeschliman nominated Josie Fountain. She is a new member of the program, however she consistantly maintains a professional disposition in class, completes assignments at a higher rate than the majority, and puts forth the effort to catch up with the standards of Schuyler's band program.

Mrs. Prewitt had a great turnout at the PAT Tot Time group connection today at the Kirksville YMCA!









First graders have been learning about National symbols in Social Studies. They then each researched and wrote about one. The QR code takes you to a video of them reading their report.





Carter Hoffmeyer and Colin Oliver both made the regular season all tournament team. Carter was the second highest scorer. He averaged 63.8 points per game. Colin Oliver averaged 27.5 to take the 9th spot.
In the conference tournament Carter was the captain of the all tournament team. He scored 85 points per game. Colin Oliver’s 30 points per game secured the tenth spot on the all tournament team.

The Scholar Bowl Rams beat Marceline 430-180 to win the Lewis & Clark Conference championship. Congrats to Carter Hoffmeyer, Colin Oliver, Jaxson Kaden, and Parker Dabney.


Schuyler HS band received exemplary ratings from every judge at MSHSAA large group contest yesterday.


Mrs. Nolte’s class just finished their science unit on Simple Machines. The students had to use three types of simple machines to create a leprechaun 🍀 trap!
