Elementary art teacher, Mrs. Kassens, was awarded an MRTA grant this past August to purchase clay supplies. 4th grade students started working on their clay projects this week.

First grade has started their coding unit. They use hands-on games and apps like Daisy the Dinosaur to introduce this new topic.

Special Olympics Young Athlete Program had their first activity day today. They have 3 more sessions on Saturdays in April. This program is open to all children ages 2-7.

Second grade ended their persuasive writing unit with a donut party. They had to design a donut 🍩 and persuade the reader why their donut is the best!
